An online store built for the way people shop truck parts

Jay Luck Customs is Trinidad and Tobago’s leading pickup truck accessories store, stocking parts and customisation gear for a wide range of makes and models, with in-house fitting and islandwide delivery.

Their old website was difficult to navigate, and the full product range had never been uploaded, so most of the inventory was invisible online and customers struggled to find what they wanted.

We rebuilt the store on WooCommerce with clear, vehicle-first navigation and the complete product range online. To keep it accurate, we built a seamless link between the website and their inventory management and accounting systems, so stock and pricing stay in sync without double entry.

On top of the shop, we added an installation scheduler so customers can book fitting online, and launched the Jay Luck Garage, where customers post photos of their own builds. The result is fast, accessible, and structured for both search engines and AI agents.
