Everything in one place: general questions, pricing, consultations, services, and ongoing care. Same answers you will see across our site.
General
Book a free 15-minute strategy call. We'll discuss your business, goals, and recommend the right package. If we're a good fit, we require a 50% deposit to start. You'll receive a simple Content Guide with prompts for what text and photos to provide. We handle everything else.
We match the stack to the project - WordPress when it fits your team and content model, Astro or Next.js when performance and custom product UX matter most. WordPress and WooCommerce sites on our care plans run on private cloud infrastructure, not crowded shared hosting. We ship lightweight, secure builds with SEO foundations and analytics set up as standard. Most agencies charge extra for these or skip them entirely.
Yes. We choose a CMS and stack that fit your project: WordPress when you want a familiar editor and ecosystem; Astro, Next.js, or a headless CMS when performance and custom UX matter more. We include a training video so you can change text, swap images, update prices, and publish content without breaking the design. If you'd rather not touch it, our Site Plans include content edits.
Yes. While most of our clients are based in Trinidad & Tobago, we work with businesses across the Caribbean including Guyana, Barbados, Jamaica, and the Bahamas. We also work directly with businesses in the United States and partner with US and UK agencies as a white-label web design and development team. Everything is managed remotely - no in-person meetings required.
No problem. We offer logo design ($800 TTD) and professional copywriting ($300 TTD per page) as add-ons. For photos, we source high-quality stock images that match your industry. You don't need anything ready before our strategy call. We'll figure out exactly what you need together.
Package builds typically track the timelines on our pricing page: about two weeks for Starter, up to a few weeks for Authority, and often three to four weeks for Storefront when catalogs and payments are involved. Calendar slip is usually content, assets, or approval rounds, not hidden technical work. We agree dates in writing so expectations stay clear.
It depends on what we build: WordPress and WooCommerce often run on our managed care infrastructure for backups and performance, but we support other hosts if you already have one. Marketing sites on Astro or headless stacks deploy to the hosting defined in your scope. You own the project. Hosting is a choice we document up front, not a surprise after go-live.
Pricing & packages
It depends on what you need. A single-page site for a new business starts around $2,500 TTD. A multi-page site built to rank and generate leads is typically around $5,500 TTD. An online store with payments and inventory starts around $9,000 TTD. We custom-build every site on a high-performance stack so your investment supports revenue, not unnecessary bloat.
You stay the expert on your business: you approve anything that goes live. We give you a simple Content Guide with prompts, deadlines, and what we need from you (text, logo files, team photos, product details). We build structure, layout, and technical SEO foundations. Professional copywriting is available as an add-on if you want us to draft or polish page text, and we can use quality stock images where real photography is not ready yet. The most common delay is not development; it is waiting on final copy or a sign-off round.
Starter is typically about 10 business days. Authority is usually 10 to 14 business days. Storefront is typically 3 to 4 weeks depending on product count and payment or shipping integrations. Those ranges assume you hit the content and feedback dates we agree in writing. When approvals or assets slip, the calendar moves with them. Builds are managed remotely for Trinidad & Tobago and US clients.
You are not locked in on the build itself. You own the site and content. Where the files live after go-live depends on the stack we agreed: WordPress and WooCommerce often roll into our managed WordPress care plans for speed, backups, and security, but we can help you migrate to another host if you prefer to self-manage. Marketing sites on Astro or similar ship to the hosting we define in your scope (often Vercel or your cloud). Included hosting matches your package: Starter and Authority include one month; Storefront includes six months. After that you choose a care plan, continue month-to-month as quoted, or move, with DNS and handover documented so there are no surprises.
We still move forward. We give you a clear checklist, use placeholders where it makes sense, and offer professional copywriting as an add-on if you want us to handle page text. Stock imagery can bridge gaps until you have real photography.
Yes. The Storefront package includes e-commerce with payment gateway integration: Stripe, PayPal, WiPay, Fygaro, PowerTranz, PayWise, or card processing. We configure what fits your business.
Budget hosts put many sites on one shared pool. Our WordPress care plans use private cloud resources, proactive security, daily backups, and monitoring tuned for WordPress and WooCommerce. You pay for reliability and a team that responds when something breaks, not just disk space.
Yes. Your build includes an editor or content workflow matched to your stack. Authority includes a short CMS training video and Storefront includes a longer session covering products and orders.
Yes. You own the site and your content. No lock-in on the build - it is a one-time investment with clear handover.
Strategy consultation
You tell us about your business and what you are trying to solve. We ask questions, review what you have, give honest feedback, and recommend a clear direction - whether you are based in Trinidad & Tobago, the Caribbean, or the United States.
30 to 45 minutes usually. Long enough to get into the real issues, short enough to respect your time.
Not at all. The advice is yours regardless. If we are a good fit after the call, great. If not, you still leave with a clearer picture of what to do next.
Yes. No catch, no hidden pitch at the end. We offer a free first call because we would rather spend 30 minutes understanding your situation before either of us commits to anything.
Hit the Book a Free Call button and pick a time that works for you. We serve clients in Trinidad & Tobago, the Caribbean, and the United States - all calls are done remotely via video.
Yes. Expect straight talk on rough schedule bands, what you would likely invest for the fit we see, and what you need to supply versus what we produce (copy, design, integrations). If we need a follow-up to lock a fixed quote or a written timeline, we say that on the call so you are not guessing.
Web design & development
We set baselines in discovery: speed, conversion events, and organic traffic if SEO is in scope. After launch, typical gains in our projects include faster key-page load (often under about two seconds on solid hosting), cleaner conversion paths than legacy sites, and meaningful organic growth when content and SEO continue after ship. Exact ranges depend on your industry, ad mix, and where you started. We align on what “good” means for you, then measure with analytics and Search Console, not guesses.
We factor in how people here search and buy: heavy mobile use, trust and proof expectations, local service norms, and messaging that fits SME budgets and decision cycles. That shapes structure, speed, and calls to action. We also plan hosting and DNS realistically for regional latency and support. The stack is still chosen for your problem, but the brief is grounded in Caribbean market behavior, not a one-size-fits-all import from another market.
Yes. Browse our work on the portfolio for live sites and sectors we can speak to. On a strategy call we can walk through relevant launches, what we measured, and what changed after go-live. We point to real builds and metrics where clients allow it, not anonymous claims.
You approve everything that goes live. You supply facts, offers, services, and brand voice; we translate that into layout, UX, components, and technical delivery, including semantic structure and metadata foundations. If you want us to draft or polish page text, we add copywriting in scope. Photography is ideally yours; we can use licensed stock or recommend a shoot until you have assets. The usual timeline risk is not “waiting on developers.” It is waiting on final copy or a consolidated approval round.
Standard packages (Starter, Authority, Storefront) follow the timelines on our pricing page, from about two weeks for Starter to about three to four weeks for a typical Storefront, depending on catalog size and integrations, assuming you hit agreed dates for content and feedback. Custom rebuilds, large migrations, or deep integrations often run longer; you get a written schedule after discovery. If a past project dragged, the cause was usually content delays, scope changes, or approval bottlenecks. We surface those risks up front.
You own your site and content. WordPress and WooCommerce work often runs on our managed infrastructure for speed and backup discipline, but we can support another host if that is your preference, and we hand over what you need to move. Marketing sites on Astro, headless stacks, or similar deploy to whatever hosting we agreed in the proposal (commonly Vercel or your existing cloud). Hosting responsibility, SSL, and backups are spelled out before you sign, not as a surprise at go-live.
Pricing depends on scope: number of pages, features, and complexity. We provide a fixed quote after our strategy call so you know exactly what you're investing before we start. Most custom websites range from basic marketing sites to fully featured e-commerce builds.
Yes. We set you up with a content workflow that fits your stack, whether that's WordPress, a headless CMS like Sanity, or another approach we define in scope. We include training so you can update text, images, and publish content without breaking the design.
Yes. Our Maintenance and Support plans include updates, security patches, backups, and content edits. We keep your site fast, secure, and up to date. You can choose to manage it yourself or have us handle everything.
We use modern, performance-focused technologies like Astro, Next.js, React, and headless CMS platforms for complex builds. For content-heavy sites, we use WordPress with custom development. We choose the right stack based on your specific needs, budget, and long-term goals.
Yes. We handle full website redesigns, rebuilds, and migrations from outdated platforms. If you have an existing site that's not performing, we can analyze it, redesign it for modern standards, and migrate to a faster, more scalable platform. We'll preserve your SEO where possible and improve it where we can.
Yes. We can help you register a domain, set up hosting, handle DNS configuration, and get SSL certificates. If you already have hosting, we work with your existing setup. Long-term hosting ownership stays whatever we agreed in scope. See pricing and care plans for WordPress, or your proposal for static or headless stacks.
Absolutely. SEO foundations are built into every website we deliver. This includes clean code, semantic HTML, fast performance, mobile optimization, and on-page SEO setup. For deeper SEO work like keyword research, content strategy, and link building, check out our dedicated SEO service.
Yes. We integrate with CRM systems, payment gateways, email platforms, analytics tools, booking systems, and more. Whether you need Stripe, PayPal, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or other services, we handle the integration so your tools work seamlessly together.
We include revision rounds in our design and development scope. During our strategy call, we'll define exactly how many revision rounds are included. We work collaboratively with you to make sure the final website matches your vision before launch.
Web applications
Marketing sites mostly inform and convert visitors. Web applications are interactive software in the browser: logins and roles, dashboards, workflows, data entry, integrations with your APIs or third-party tools, and experiences people use repeatedly. If users do work inside the product, it is usually an app.
We choose the stack for maintainability and fit, often Next.js or Astro with React for the UI, plus APIs, databases, and auth as the project needs. We align the tech with your hosting, compliance, and long-term roadmap.
Scope drives timing. A focused internal tool might take a few weeks; a multi-role portal or MVP with integrations often runs several weeks to a few months. We give a realistic timeline and milestones after discovery.
Usually yes, when vendors expose stable APIs or exports. We map integrations in discovery, define auth and data flow, and build with error handling and monitoring so production use stays reliable.
We can deploy to platforms that suit the stack such as Vercel, managed Node hosting, or your cloud. For ongoing updates, security, and reliability, we can scope a support plan after launch.
You own your product data, accounts, and, per contract, typically the application repository and deployment configuration we delivered. Domains stay in your registrar; we help with DNS. Hosting may sit in your cloud account or ours depending on what we agreed: either way, access, env vars, and backups are documented at handover so you can operate or port the app without a hostage situation.
After discovery we quote phased milestones—typically approved UX, then build slices you verify on staging, then launch and handover. You know what is in scope before we commit serious production engineering.
If a solid off-the-shelf tool already fits your process with little compromise, we will say so. We are most useful when roles, workflows, data, or integrations need to match how you actually operate.
SEO
Our SEO services cover technical audits, keyword and content strategy, on-page optimization, internal linking, performance fixes, local SEO for Trinidad & Tobago, and regular reporting. The exact scope is tailored after we review your site and goals.
Meaningful movement usually starts in 3 to 6 months, depending on competition, your site's starting point, and how quickly we can implement changes. SEO is a compounding investment. We set expectations in the strategy call and report on progress monthly.
Yes. We optimize for local search intent across Trinidad, Tobago, and the Caribbean - including Google Business Profile alignment, local landing pages, and location-specific keyword targeting alongside broader SEO strategy.
Paid ads stop the day you stop paying. SEO builds durable visibility in organic search results. Most businesses use both: ads for immediate demand and SEO for sustainable, cost-effective traffic over time.
We track rankings for target terms, organic traffic, engagement, and conversions tied to your goals - not vanity metrics. You get clear monthly reporting so you can see exactly how SEO is contributing to your business.
No. You stay the subject-matter expert; we turn your knowledge into briefs, headings, internal links, and on-page structure. You can supply drafts, we can recommend rewrites, or we can bring copy support as an add-on. Scope defines who drafts each page so responsibilities are clear before work starts.
Often both: a focused project for technical and on-page fixes, then a lighter monthly cadence for measurement, iteration, and new content. Scope depends on your site size, competition, and how fast you can implement.
Access to Search Console and Analytics (or equivalent), CMS access for agreed changes, and a point person who can approve recommendations. You stay the subject-matter expert; we translate that into structure, headings, and internal links.
Maintenance & support
No. Care plans are how many clients choose to run WordPress after we build or migrate a site, because we tune the stack and respond when something breaks. You can stay on another host if you accept day-to-day patching and backups yourself. If you leave a plan, we help with exports, backups, and DNS so you remain in control.
You can self-host, but you own every security patch, backup, and update. If malware hits your WordPress site or a bad update breaks checkout, emergency fixes often start around $1,500 USD for a single incident. A WordPress care plan prevents most of that for a predictable monthly cost.
We isolate the threat, restore from a clean backup when needed, patch the vulnerability, and get you back online. On Manager and Partner tiers, malware remediation is covered under our guarantee so you are not left negotiating a separate cleanup bill.
These plans cover your WordPress site, database, and files on our infrastructure. Business email such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 is billed separately. We can recommend the right stack and help with DNS so everything works together.
We need admin access to WordPress, your domain registrar or DNS, and clarity on any custom plugins or checkout flows. From there we run a migration or onboarding checklist, verify backups, and turn on monitoring before pointing traffic to the new environment.
It is time you can use each month for small content edits, troubleshooting plugin conflicts, layout tweaks inside your theme, and quick questions. Larger redesigns or new features are quoted separately so scope stays fair for everyone.
Yes. Plans are month to month unless we have agreed a longer term in writing. Give written notice before your next billing date and we will help export or hand off hosting details so you stay in full control.
We start with a short audit, schedule migration during low traffic when possible, clone and test before DNS cutover, then monitor after launch. You get a clear checklist, a rollback path from backups, and a single point of contact through the move.
